1. EkoPalma Lumber Core

  • Stability – our Core Material will not swell and distort when subjected to high moisture unlike MDF and Particleboard.
  • Resistance – to mould, fungus, and borers. Our Lumber Core can be pretreated with approved fungicides and pesticides.
  • No Added Formaldehyde (NAF) – all our products are formaldehyde free.
  • Straight Grain Orientation – palm wood orientation of the grain in straight wood gains contributes to their superior dimensional stability, making them less prone to warping and bending compared to other wood

2. EkoPalma Blockboards

  • Flexibility – the parallel edgeglued palmwood strips can be combined with a variety of facing thin materials, such as MDF, Plywood, Venueers etc.
  • Better Acoustic Properties – improved sound isolation and absorbtion.
  • No Added Formaldehyde (NAF) – all our products are formaldehyde free.

Technical Data

Solid wood panel with crosswiselayers can be overlaid with decorative (or non-decorative) veneer, plywood, MDF/HDF, formica or any other load bearing (high stress/strain) element, lamination can also be for waterresistance or for mechanical wearprotection.
